Max Fann brings more than 12 years of experience in beverage manufacturing, brewing operations, and production management. He oversees all aspects of production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across every batch. With extensive experience in process optimization, equipment management, packaging operations, and product development, Max plays a key role in delivering high-quality products while supporting the continued growth and structure of Craft Brew Inc.

Theodore S. Carper brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and over a decade of expertise in the craft beer market. Before joining CBI, he spent 12 years in craft beer sales, representing respected breweries including Palmetto Brewing, Catawba Brewing, Columbia Craft Brewing, and Peak Drift Brewing. His firsthand knowledge of brewery operations, brand development, and the unique challenges facing independent brewers allows him to provide practical, customer-focused solutions for packaging and can decoration. Today, Theodore leads the Can Printing Sales team with a collaborative, results-driven approach — combining industry insight with a passion for helping beverage brands stand out on the shelf.
